Safety First is best used on a white base for best reflective results.  Comes in a 5 gram & 15 gram baggie.  Radioactive Reflective powder is created out of glass beads that illuminates light in a way that reflects the light outward.  Radioactive Reflective powder can be added into epoxy, brushing onto fabric or other surfaces and screen printing.  The reflection brightness depends on the amount of powder used.  Because of the reflective powders high refraction and condensation on light, so the light illuminates on the surface of the beads, it will reflect light back.
